We are currently seeking directors, music directors, and choreographers to join our creative teams for our Spring and Summer 2027 programming.
Qualified applicants will have a strong background in theatre and previous production experience. As an educational theatre company, we expect our creative team members to support our mission of providing meaningful, high-quality educational experiences for our casts and crews.
Our programs serve children, teens, and older adult beginners, so experience working with any of these populations is a plus.
Creative team members are compensated by stipend.

We are seeking teaching artists with experience in theatre, music, dance, and art to join our growing education team. We are especially open to teaching artists with experience creating their own curriculum and lesson plans.
Qualified applicants will have significant teaching experience in their field and a passion for providing high-level arts education in a supportive and engaging environment.
We are looking to add weekly classes for students of all ages and experience levels to our Spring 2027 programming. We hope to build these classes around the skills and availability of the teaching artists we meet in this process.
We also occasionally have opportunities for teaching artists to join our summer, spring break, and school-day-off camp faculty.
When applying, please include your weeknight availability and summer daytime availability. Please also include which age group(s) you feel most comfortable working with. STARS works with students in elementary school through college, plus various groups of adults.
Teaching artists are compensated hourly.
